A few things worth knowing.
Is this a law firm or legal advice?+
No. Rental Bond Check is being designed as an AI-assisted information and evidence assessment service. It does not create a lawyer-client relationship or guarantee an outcome. The final workflow and wording will be independently reviewed before paid launch.
Will you tell me if my case looks weak?+
Yes—that honesty is the point. A useful assessment should explain uncertainty, missing evidence and arguments on both sides, not simply tell every renter what they want to hear.
What happens to my documents?+
The paid upload service is not open yet. Before it launches, the site will explain storage, security, retention and deletion in plain language so you can make an informed choice.
Does it work outside Victoria?+
Not initially. Rental rules and processes differ across Australia, so the first release will focus on Victorian residential rental bonds and aim to do that one job well.
